AIOhPanel is licensed by the License Center at license.faruk.bd, like every faruk.bd product. One key belongs to one server. The panel talks to the License Center when you activate the key and then twice a day. If the License Center cannot be reached, the panel keeps working through a grace window, so a network problem never takes your hosting down.

Packages and the account limit

The licence decides how many hosting accounts the server may hold. Resellers count as accounts.

All three are lifetime licences with 12 months of support and updates. The free plugins (Site Software, Terminal, Security Advisor, Cloudflare) work on every licence.

When the limit is reached, Create a New Account answers Your licence allows N accounts. Upgrade the licence to create more. Nothing is deleted and no existing account stops. Terminate an account or upgrade the licence, and creating works again. A server with no key at all may hold one account, to try things.

Your key

Sign in at license.faruk.bd and open My Licences. The AIOhPanel key looks like AIOP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. The page also shows the package, the hostname it is registered to, the expiry (or lifetime) and the addons it includes. A premium plugin or theme has its own addon key, which starts with AIOPP.

Enter the key in the wizard (step 4) or later on the Licence page. The command line works too: aiohpanel license:activate AIOP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Bound to the hostname

A control panel has no "site", so the key is bound to the server hostname you gave in the wizard, for example server1.example.com. Activation sends the hostname, the main IP, the panel version, the PHP version and the number of accounts. Change the hostname under Host Manager → Networking Setup → Change Hostname and the next check reports a mismatch; the panel then tries once to bind the key again to the new name. If the License Center refuses, change the hostname on the licence at license.faruk.bd.

Only root sees this page. It is the one page, with the Home page, that opens even when the licence is not in order.

Buttons: Check now asks the License Center at once, for example after you bought an addon. Release from this server frees the key so it can be used on another server. Buy / upgrade opens the product page. Change the key takes a new key and replaces the old one. A refused key never replaces a licence that still works.

The Support card lists the contacts the License Center sent. The License Center card holds the address; leave it empty. Change it only when support asks.

The states

• Active - everything is fine.
• Grace - the last good answer is more than two days old. The panel works as usual until the grace window ends (7 days after the last good check). Check that the server can reach license.faruk.bd over HTTPS.
• Expired - the licence's time or the grace window ran out. Renew, then press Check now.
• Registered to another server - the key is bound to a different hostname.
• Suspended, Revoked, Invalid key - the License Center said no. Read its message and contact support.
• Not registered - no key entered.

While the state is not Active or Grace, every Host Manager page except Home and Licence sends you to the Licence page. Sign-in, the hosting panels and Webmail of your customers keep working, and sites, mail and databases are untouched. The top bar shows Licence: ... in orange whenever the state is not Active.

The heartbeat

The cron job license runs every 12 hours and checks the key. A page view also checks quietly once a day. See The panel cron.

Premium plugins and themes

Buy the addon at the License Center, then press Check now. The addon code appears under Addons, and the plugin can be switched on at Plugins → Manage Plugins. A premium plugin without its addon refuses to switch on, and a premium theme without its addon falls back to the default theme. The Unlimited & All Plugins package carries every addon. Moving to another server

1. On the old server, press Release from this server on the Licence page.
2. Install the panel on the new server and enter the same key in the wizard. The new hostname is bound.
3. Move the accounts with Transfers or from backups. See Services and backups.
